Sonic Reset
£20.00
Limited places per session
Deep rest for a system that’s been running too long.
NERVA Sonic sessions are guided men-only sound bath experiences designed to support nervous system regulation and genuine mental decompression.
Using carefully selected sound and vibration, these sessions help shift the body out of constant alertness and into a calmer, more settled state.
There’s nothing to perform. Nothing to achieve.
Just space to reset.
Important Information
Sonic Reset sessions are guided relaxation experiences designed to support rest, calm, and nervous system regulation.
They are not therapy or medical treatment.
You remain in control throughout and may sit up, move, or step out at any time.
If you have concerns regarding sound sensitivity, anxiety, or medical conditions, please get in touch before booking.
Participant Form Required
A short participation form will be sent prior to your session.
Fire and Ice Reset
£30.00
Limited places per session
Grounded strength through heat, cold, and reflection.
Fire & Ice Reset is a structured 60-minute men-only session using heat and cold as deliberate tools for grounding and perspective.
Capped at eight participants, each session includes a personal welcomed arrival, guided rounds, and a closing protocol.
The tone is steady and reflective — using contrast to help regulate the nervous system and quiet mental noise.
Important Information
Fire & Ice Reset is a guided wellbeing experience using heat and cold exposure. It is not therapy, medical treatment, or performance training.
Participation is always optional. You choose your level of exposure and may move at your own pace throughout.
Sessions involve sauna and cold immersion (ice bath) environments. If you have cardiovascular conditions, blood pressure concerns, or other relevant medical considerations, please seek medical advice before attending.
This experience is not a substitute for professional medical or mental health care.

A short participant waiver will be sent prior to your session.

No fishing experience or prior knowledge is required.
All equipment is provided — you simply bring yourself, suitable clothing, and a packed lunch.
Stillwater sessions are private one-to-one experiences designed to support calm, focus, and mental reset. Fishing is used as a quiet container rather than a performance or pursuit.

Conversation is optional and led by you. Silence is welcome. The pace is deliberately slow.

Walk and Talk Sessions
£0.00
Free community session.
Movement, conversation, and clarity — without pressure.
These are small group walks in nature for men who want to slow down, clear their head, and spend time around grounded people.
The walks are informal and lightly guided. Conversation happens naturally, and there’s no expectation to speak, share, or engage beyond what feels comfortable in the moment.
You won’t be analysed, fixed, or pushed. You’ll simply leave feeling a little more settled than when you arrived.
Walk & Talk sessions take place at outdoor locations across Hampshire and the surrounding countryside.
