NERVA offers grounded, men-only experiences built around nature, stillness and simple structure — helping men regulate their nervous system and think clearly again.

These are small group walks in nature for men who want to slow down, clear their head, and spend time around grounded people.

The walks are informal and lightly guided. Conversation happens naturally, and there’s no expectation to speak, share, or engage beyond what feels comfortable in the moment.

You won’t be analysed, fixed, or pushed. You’ll simply leave feeling a little more settled than when you arrived.

Walk & Talk sessions take place at outdoor locations across Hampshire and the surrounding countryside.

NERVA Sonic sessions are guided men-only sound bath experiences designed to support nervous system regulation and genuine mental decompression.

Using carefully selected sound and vibration, these sessions help shift the body out of constant alertness and into a calmer, more settled state. You lie down comfortably, close your eyes if you wish, and allow the sound to do the work — there’s nothing to perform or achieve.

This is not about spirituality or altered states. It’s about giving your system the conditions it needs to properly switch off, reset and recover.

A calm day by the water, with nothing to rush.

You don’t need fishing experience, equipment, or prior knowledge. Everything is provided — you simply bring yourself, suitable clothing, and a packed lunch.

NERVA Stillwater sessions are private one-to-one experiences designed to support calm, focus, and mental reset. Fishing is used as a quiet container rather than a disciplined sport.

Time by the water naturally creates space for stillness and gentle attention. You’re outside, unhurried, focused on something simple — with room to think, or not think, without interruption.

Conversation is optional and led by you. Silence is welcome. The pace is deliberately slow.

NERVA Wildfire sessions are guided outdoor days combining practical bushcraft, fire, and quiet space to reflect. Designed to slow the pace and reset your internal rhythm.

    NERVA isn’t therapy, counselling, or coaching.

    The sessions are designed to create the conditions for nervous system regulation and clear thinking. What you do with that clarity is up to you.

  • Not if you don’t want to.

    Conversation is always optional. Silence is welcome.
    Many men find clarity without saying much at all.

  • Participants are only men. However, we do have women facilitators.

    NERVA is designed specifically for men and centred around the realities men tend to carry. Responsibility, pressure, and constant output. The tone, structure, and sessions reflect that.

  • Not at all.

    No prior experience is needed for any NERVA session.
    You don’t need to be “into wellbeing” or know what you’re looking for.

    You just need to show up.

  • No, but it also isn’t about avoiding discomfort.

    Some sessions involve challenge (like heat or cold), others involve stillness. The aim isn’t to push through, it’s to learn how to stay steady and regulated when things feel uncomfortable.

    You’re always in control.
