Shared activities, sauna and cold-plunge sessions, and opportunities to spend time with other men. Walks, meet-ups, padel mornings, yoga, bootcamps and one-off gatherings all show up across the calendar.

WHY OUR MEN’S COMMUNITY

A space for men to slow down, get active and improve their wellbeing, one step at a time.

Men are statistically the least likely to talk, the least likely to ask for help, and the most likely to let it build until something breaks. NERVA gives you a reason to show up that has nothing to do with talking about your feelings: heat, cold, effort, and other men doing the same thing. Conversation is welcome, but never required.

Nothing mystical. Shared activities, time outdoors and room for conversation or quiet, without any promise about how you will feel afterwards.

Headlands Farm is home. Events run across Hampshire, Wiltshire and West Sussex.

Turn up as you are. You get briefed, guided and looked after the whole way through.

Private experiences and pop-ups are separate from the community and welcome all genders. Joining the men's community is never a requirement for booking privately.

  • NERVA is a men's community based in Hampshire, alongside private experiences and mobile sauna and cold-plunge pop-ups that welcome all genders. Everything is grounded and nature-based: fishing, sauna, cold plunge and shared outdoor activities.
  • The community is for men: all community sessions and community events are men only. Private experiences and private group bookings welcome all genders, and groups can be mixed or single-gender. Mobile sauna and cold-plunge pop-ups also welcome all genders. Joining the community is never a requirement for booking privately.
  • Many community sessions are based at Headlands Farm, West Wellow, with other locations on each listing. Stillwater has listed Headlands Farm sessions and can be arranged at suitable fishing locations across Hampshire. Pop-ups are delivered at your agreed venue.
  • No. NERVA sessions are guided wellbeing experiences, not therapy, counselling or medical treatment. They are science-informed but informal, designed to support regulation and reflection, not to diagnose or treat.
  • Fire and Ice is £25 per person, with private group bookings available for £160 per hour. Some community events are free and others are ticketed, so check the individual listing. Pop-up hire is priced on enquiry.
